1 Purpose:

2. Features:

The conveying linear ablation machine contacts the material surface of the brake pad with the high-temperature heating plate to ablate and carbonize the material surface of the brake pad. 3. Equipment structure:

The conveying linear ablation machine is composed of an ablation furnace, a conveying device and a cooler. At the same time, there are two styles of single machine operation and mechanical operation for customers to choose.

4. Working principle:

The disc brake pad is pushed into the furnace body by the conveying push strip to contact with the high-temperature heating plate. After a certain amount of time (the ablation time is determined by the ablation amount), it is pushed out of the ablation area and enters the cooling area for product cooling. Then enter the next process.
